SMN: How long have you been training?
JACKSON: I have been weight training for about 6 years now
SMN: Why do you stick with it, what do you love about it?
JACKSON: I stick with my training so much because I see how it can help me get farther in my career and help me get closer to the goals I want in life.
SMN: Do you have any favourite exercises that you do religiously?
JACKSON: I do a lot of acrobatics on my days off and I find that the harsh rings and hand balancing exercises are really helpfull to add into my weight training routines. Ex: Ring dips for chest or plank pushups for shoulders.
